BUILDING INSPECTIONS/SURVEYS
EN3G personnel have extensive experience in providing asbestos inspections/surveys and management services in conjunction with demolition and renovation projects. Prior to renovation or demolition, affected areas must be inspected for the presence or absence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM). In Maricopa County the building owner/operator must have an inspection or re-inspection within the last 12 months before starting any renovation or demolition projects. Based on survey information and the type of project, an abatement specification or management plan is developed.

PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING DOCUMENTS
To assist our clients acquire competitive quotes from abatement contractors and to make certain the work is properly performed, EN3G provides turnkey asbestos management services from development of plans and specifications through final clearance air testing. Plans and specifications provide contractors with project requirements and a well defined scope of work, ensuring success and avoidance of costly change orders.
Once specifications are prepared, EN3G invites experienced local abatement contractors for a bid walk. Once bids are received, EN3G will review each bid and assist the owner with contractor selection. EN3G ’s objective on each project is to obtain extremely competitive bids from only quality abatement contractors.
ABATEMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
EN3G will coordinate and manage all phases of the asbestos abatement project. Before abatement work begins, EN3G personnel ensure that the containment and decontamination chambers are appropriately constructed. During the project, the EN3G field technician performs daily air monitoring inside and outside the containment and observes and documents the contractor’s daily activities to make certain the work is appropriately performed. Once abatement is completed and before the containment is removed, the EN3G field technician performs a visual inspection and final clearance air sampling of the work area to make certain the work area is safe for re-occupancy.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
We offer asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program services that are tailored to our clients’ needs. Our O&M Programs are completed in a comprehensible language that details specific procedures and training requirements. Services provided by EN3G include asbestos O&M training, asbestos awareness training, and O&M Program monitoring.

ABATEMENT OVERSIGHT SERVICES
EN3G has licensed personnel with extensive experience providing oversight, project documentation, and air monitoring throughout abatement projects. Our on-site personnel will work with you and the abatement contractor to make certain the project is conducted in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and project specifications. Upon completion, EN3G will provide a project closeout report that includes all required documentation for your records.
